General Terms

Piprmark reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any training program, including changes to the instructor or training location, due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, human-caused events, epidemics, or government restrictions.

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality training. However, we offer cancellation and refund options if our online training does not meet participant expectations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Online Training Courses

1. Before Course Commencement:

If you cancel before the course starts, you are eligible for a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee on the total course fee paid. You must inform us about your cancellation at least three (3) days before the commencement of classes (start date).

2. After Course Commencement:

• With Attendance: If you cancel after attending the first three (3) classes or six (6) hours, you are eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee on the total course fee paid. You must inform us about your cancellation within seven (7) days from the commencement of classes (start date).


• Without Attendance: If you cancel after the course starts but attend less than three (3) classes or six (6) hours, you are eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee on the total course fee paid. You must inform us about your cancellation within seven (7) days from the commencement of classes (start date).

NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellation requests made after seven (7) days from the commencement of classes (start date) or after eight (8) hours of conducted classes, whichever comes first. This applies regardless of whether you attended any classes or not.

Why Cancellation Charges?

When you enroll for a course and make a payment, we immediately start working on your on-boarding which will incur certain types of costs for us such as administrative costs, payment processing and transaction charges, student activity setup, logistics, instructor allocation, training software costs etc.

Hence, a cancellation fee is charged when a student/member cancels their enrollment with a short notice as specified in this policy. It helps us cover lost time, staff or costs. Ensuring a fair and legal disclosure, details of our cancellation charges have been clearly outlined in this policy page for students/members so they can make an informed decision before they enroll or make payment for a course.

Non-Refundable Services

• Payments made for foundational training courses such as "Digital Marketing Fundamentals Certification Course", "Email Marketing Fundamentals Certification Course", "Social Media Marketing Fundamentals Certification Course", "Content Marketing Fundamentals Certification Course", and related courses are strictly non-refundable.


• Payments made for domain registration, hosting, website design, development, and related services are strictly non-refundable.

How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund, please fill out the request form given below or send us an email to contact@piprmark.com from your email address registered with us within seven (7) days from the course start date. Refunds are processed within ten (10) working days.

• NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellation requests made after seven (7) days from the commencement of classes (start date) or after eight (8) hours of conducted classes, whichever comes first. This applies regardless of whether you attended any classes or not.
• However, you can opt for switching (postponing) your enrollment to the next batch.
